Summary

This study is following up with people who have generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG) to see how safe and effective the drug zilucoplan is over a longer period. It is for 200 participants who have already completed a previous zilucoplan trial. The main goal is to monitor side effects and see if the drug continues to help control the disease and improve daily life.
