Summary

This study aims to check the long-term safety of the drug tenapanor in children and teenagers (ages 6-18) who have irritable bowel syndrome with constipation (IBS-C). It is open to patients who successfully completed a previous related study. Participants will continue taking the drug and have regular check-ups to monitor for any side effects over time.
