Extended trial tests if new hives drug keeps working Long-Term
NCT ID NCT07256392
Summary
This study is for adults with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), also known as chronic hives, who have already completed one of two earlier Phase 3 trials for the drug barzolvolimab. The main goal is to collect long-term data on how well the drug continues to control hives and itching, and to monitor its safety over about a year. Participants are placed into one of two groups based on their current symptom score: one group is observed, and the other receives additional treatment with barzolvolimab.
