Summary
This study aims to see how well a specific artificial heart valve repair system works over 10 years. It will follow about 110 patients who have already had surgery to fix a leaky mitral valve using the Chord-X system. The main goal is to check if the valve starts leaking significantly again and to monitor the long-term safety and performance of the repair.
