Summary

This study monitored the long-term safety of mavacamten, a medication for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (a condition where the heart muscle thickens). It included 314 adults who had already completed earlier trials testing this drug. Researchers tracked side effects and safety over an extended period to understand how well the medication is tolerated with continued use.
