15,000 heart attack patients tracked for 5 years to see what happens next

Summary
This study follows 15,000 people who survived a heart attack and were part of an earlier project. Researchers will call them at 3 and 5 years after leaving the hospital to check on their health, medications, and any serious heart or brain events like death, heart failure, or stroke. The goal is to learn more about long-term outcomes, not to test a new treatment.
