Summary

This study tests a once-daily pill called deucrictibant to prevent sudden, painful swelling attacks in people aged 12 and older with hereditary angioedema (HAE). The goal is to see if the drug is safe and effective over the long term. About 170 participants will take the pill daily and be monitored for side effects and how well it controls their attacks.
