NCT ID NCT04739059
Summary
This study tested the long-term safety and effectiveness of a drug called garadacimab for preventing attacks in people with hereditary angioedema (HAE), a rare genetic condition that causes severe, unpredictable swelling. It involved 171 participants aged 12 and older who had frequent HAE attacks. The goal was to see if regular injections could safely reduce the number of attacks over an extended period.
