Summary

This study follows 100 people with hereditary angioedema (HAE) who previously received the experimental gene therapy NTLA-2002. Researchers will track side effects and how well the treatment controls swelling attacks over time. The goal is to understand the long-term safety and lasting benefits of this one-time therapy.
