Summary

This study follows transgender men and women who have been on gender-affirming hormone therapy for 2 years to see how it affects their heart, liver, pancreas, and insulin system over 2, 5, and 10 years. Participants will have MRI scans, blood tests, and psychological surveys. The goal is to understand the long-term health impacts of hormone therapy, which most research has only looked at short-term.
