Summary

This study aims to find out if an investigational drug called APG777 is safe and effective for long-term use in people with moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis). It is open only to people who have already completed a previous study with APG777. The main goal is to monitor side effects and see if the drug continues to control skin symptoms and reduce itching over an extended period.
