Summary

This two-year study aims to understand the long-term safety and effectiveness of an oral liquid medication called abrocitinib for children aged 2 and older with moderate-to-severe eczema (atopic dermatitis). It will enroll about 500 children globally, including some who have taken the drug before and some who are new to it. The main goal is to see how safe the drug is over a long period while also measuring how well it controls eczema symptoms like itching and skin rash.
