Summary
This study aimed to track the long-term safety and appearance of an experimental ear implant for people born with a condition called microtia, where one ear is underdeveloped. It followed one person who had received the implant in a previous study for up to two years. The main goals were to see how well the implant's appearance held up over time and to check for any long-term side effects.
