Five-Year dental implant study reveals which surgical technique holds up best
NCT ID NCT07373548
Summary
This study followed 96 people for over 5 years to see how well dental implants placed using different surgical guidance methods held up over time. Researchers checked the health of the bone and gums around the implants and asked patients about their quality of life. The goal was to see if more precise, guided surgery leads to better long-term results than traditional freehand placement.
