Summary
This study followed 137 COVID-19 patients who needed high-flow oxygen in the ICU and were part of a trial testing awake prone positioning (lying on the stomach). Researchers checked their quality of life and survival more than two years later. The goal was to see if this positioning helped long-term recovery.
