New triple-drug combo aims to control cystic fibrosis long-term
NCT ID NCT05844449
Summary
This study is testing the long-term safety and effectiveness of a three-drug combination therapy for people with cystic fibrosis aged 1 year and older. It follows participants who have already taken the medication in a previous trial to see how they do over a longer period. The main goals are to check for side effects and see if the treatment continues to help with lung function, weight gain, and reducing hospital visits.
