Summary

This study is testing whether a specific type of exercise can help weightlifters with jumpers knee. Athletes will perform a long-hold isometric exercise (like holding a squat position) to see if it reduces pain and improves how their knee tendon works. Researchers will compare this new exercise approach to standard training recommendations.
