Summary
This study tested whether a 6-week personalized program could improve quality of life for people with Long COVID. 80 participants with ongoing symptoms like fatigue, shortness of breath, and brain fog were randomly assigned to either receive the program immediately or be placed on a waiting list for usual care. The program included group education, supervised exercise, and therapy sessions tailored to each person's specific needs.
