Summary
This study aims to understand why Long COVID symptoms like severe fatigue last for years in some people. Researchers will re-check 400 people from a previous study four years later, measuring their symptoms, blood vessel health, and blood markers. The goal is to find patterns that can predict who will get better and to guide future care, but this study itself does not test any new treatments.
