First seen Mar 05, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 7 times

Summary

This study is testing a new device called the Lok™ suture anchor system for repairing torn rotator cuffs or labrum injuries in the shoulder. About 216 adults will receive the anchors during surgery and be followed for 12 months to see how well their shoulder function and pain improve, and whether the tendon heals properly. The goal is to confirm the device is safe and works as intended.
