Summary

This study tests a 3-week intensive exercise program for young children with cerebral palsy who cannot walk on their own. The program uses a harness and treadmill to help kids practice walking, aiming to improve their movement and daily life skills. Researchers will compare this program to usual care in 19 children to see if it leads to better motor function and brain activity.
