First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study compares how people with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and healthy volunteers respond to local anesthetics like lidocaine. Researchers want to find out if reported resistance is due to the medicine not working at first or wearing off too quickly. 230 participants will receive small injections and rate their pain sensations.
