Summary

This study tested whether a new ointment called LNK01004 can safely improve symptoms of atopic dermatitis (eczema) in adults. 75 people with moderate-to-severe eczema applied either a low dose, high dose, or a placebo cream twice daily for 8 weeks. The main goal was to see how much their eczema severity score changed from the start to the end of treatment.
