New drug combo trial offers hope for tough pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called LM-108, given alongside an immunotherapy drug and two standard chemotherapy drugs, for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to see if this combination is safe and if it can help control the cancer and help patients live longer. The trial will enroll about 72 people who have not yet received any treatment for their advanced disease.
