New combo therapy aims to stall advanced cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called LM-108, given with other cancer drugs (penpulimab and chemotherapy), in people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to prior treatments. The goal is to find a safe dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors or delay their growth. About 194 adults will take part.
