New cancer combo trial seeks to control advanced tumors

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called LM-108, given alongside an immunotherapy drug (penpulimab) and standard chemotherapy, for people with advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if this combination can help control the cancer and extend the time before it gets worse. The trial is open to adults with certain advanced cancers, including stomach and gastroesophageal junction cancer, who meet specific health criteria.
