Summary

This study tests a new approach for people with a certain type of bile duct cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Participants first receive chemotherapy and radiation, then a liver transplant. The goal is to see if this combination helps patients live longer and stay cancer-free. The trial is for patients aged 70 or younger with small tumors and no spread to lymph nodes or other organs.
