Summary
This study tests a nutritional supplement containing resveratrol, quercetin, taurine, inulin, and whey protein in 26 adults with liver disease from chronic hepatitis C. Participants take the supplement or whey protein alone daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will check liver function, quality of life, and frailty to see if the supplement helps control the disease.
