New attack on advanced Cancer's liver spread

Summary
This study is testing if adding a low dose of radiation to the liver, along with standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy, can better control cancer that has spread from the nasopharynx (upper throat) to the liver. It is for adults with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma who have not had certain prior treatments. The main goal is to see if this combination can delay the cancer's growth in the liver.
