Summary

This study tests a new approach for people with rectal cancer that has spread to the liver. It combines short-course radiation, chemotherapy (CAPOX), and a dual-target immunotherapy (QL1706) to see if this mix can stop the cancer from growing. The trial will enroll 42 adults aged 18-75 who have not had prior cancer treatment.
