Summary

This study looks back at medical records to see if an injection called Polyene Phosphatidylcholine helps prevent or treat liver injury in adults with blood cancers who are receiving chemotherapy. Researchers will analyze data from 1,000 patients to check if the drug improves liver test results and is safe. The goal is to find the most effective and cost-friendly way to protect the liver during cancer treatment.
