Summary
This study is testing whether adding fenofibrate to standard treatment helps patients with a specific liver disease called primary biliary cholangitis (PBC). It focuses on people who have early-stage liver scarring and whose current medication isn't working well enough. Researchers will measure liver health, symptoms like itching and fatigue, and safety over 12 months.
