New combo therapy targets liver tumors in advanced colorectal cancer

Summary
This study tests whether giving a strong chemotherapy directly to the liver, followed by standard cancer pills and an injection, works better than the standard pills and injection alone. It is for people with colorectal cancer that has spread mainly to the liver and is no longer responding to other treatments. About 90 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups.
