New Two-Pronged attack on breast cancer in the liver

NCT ID NCT06875128

Summary

This study is for people with breast cancer that has spread mainly to the liver. It is testing if a two-step treatment is better than standard drugs alone. First, a special procedure delivers high-dose chemotherapy directly to the liver. Then, patients receive standard chemotherapy pills or infusions. Researchers want to see if this combined approach is safe and better at controlling the cancer in the liver.
