Summary
This study tracks 250 patients with advanced liver cirrhosis who receive a TIPS procedure, which creates a shunt to relieve pressure in the liver. Researchers will monitor survival rates, mental function changes, nutritional status, and quality of life over one year. The goal is to better understand who benefits most from this procedure and identify potential risks.
