Head-to-Head trial tests radiation combos to fight tough liver tumors

NCT ID NCT07293468

Summary

This study compares two different radiation-based treatment strategies for people with large, advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Participants will receive either a combination of two procedures (TACE followed by SBRT) or a single radiation procedure (Y90 SIRT), and both groups will also receive immunotherapy drugs. The main goal is to see which approach is better at keeping the cancer from growing while managing side effects.
