Summary
This study aims to find the best way to control advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It compares two different radiation-based treatments, each followed by immunotherapy drugs. Researchers want to see if one approach helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse, while keeping side effects manageable.
