Summary

This study is testing whether combining two drugs, pembrolizumab and odetiglucan, is safe and can help shrink tumors in people with colorectal cancer that has spread mainly to the liver. It is for patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite trying standard treatments. The main goal is to see how many people's tumors shrink significantly or disappear.
