New hope for liver cancer patients when first treatment fails

Summary
This study is testing a new combination of drugs for patients with advanced liver cancer whose initial immunotherapy treatment has stopped working. It aims to see if adding a specific chemotherapy regimen to the original drugs can better control the cancer and extend life. The trial will enroll about 30 patients to measure how well the tumors respond and how safe the treatment is.
