New wrist procedure aims to ease liver cancer treatment recovery
NCT ID NCT07160374
Summary
This study tested a new way to perform a standard liver cancer treatment. Doctors delivered chemotherapy beads directly to liver tumors through an artery in the wrist instead of the groin. The goal was to see if this approach was safe, effective, and led to fewer complications and a quicker recovery for patients.
