Summary

This study tested if adding a direct liver chemotherapy infusion to a standard three-part treatment helps people with advanced bile duct cancer. It involved 96 patients whose cancer could not be removed by surgery. The goal was to see if this more intensive approach could help patients live longer without their cancer getting worse.
