Summary
This study is testing whether adding standard chemotherapy to two newer cancer drugs helps people with advanced liver cancer live longer. Researchers will compare two treatment approaches in 326 patients who haven't had previous systemic treatment. The main goals are to see which combination better controls cancer growth and extends survival time.
