This study tested whether adding a direct liver infusion of chemotherapy (HAIC) to a standard systemic chemo plus targeted therapy and immunotherapy could help people with advanced bile duct cancer live longer without the disease getting worse. 96 adults with inoperable cancer took part. The main goal was to see how many were still alive and cancer-free after 6 months.
