New strategy aims to stop liver Cancer's return after surgery

Summary
This study is testing whether adding a procedure called TACE after liver cancer surgery helps prevent the cancer from coming back. It will involve 442 people who have had surgery for liver cancer and are at high risk of recurrence. Participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the TACE procedure or just have close monitoring to see which approach works better.
