First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether removing liver tumors with surgery, after initial immunotherapy, helps people with liver cancer that has spread into nearby veins. About 501 adults with this advanced cancer who haven't had other treatments will be randomly assigned to surgery or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach delays cancer return and improves survival.
