Summary
This study is testing whether a single injection called IP-001 can help prevent liver cancer from coming back after initial treatment. Researchers will compare the injection to standard care in 126 people who have had their liver tumors removed or destroyed. The main goal is to see if this approach safely extends the time patients remain cancer-free.
