Summary
This study tested whether adding a new drug called SRF388 to a standard two-drug treatment could better control advanced liver cancer. It involved about 134 adults with newly diagnosed, inoperable liver cancer who had not yet received treatment. The main goals were to see if the three-drug combination was safe and if it could slow the cancer's progression more effectively than the standard two-drug treatment alone.
