Summary
This study tested whether adding a new drug called SRF388 to standard treatment (atezolizumab and bevacizumab) helps people with advanced liver cancer live longer without their cancer growing. Thirty adults who had not received prior treatment for their advanced liver cancer took part. The study compared the new drug combination to the standard treatment plus a placebo to see if it was safe and effective.
