Summary
This study aims to adapt a standard physical activity questionnaire for use in Lithuania. Researchers will ask 150 Lithuanian-speaking adults to fill out the questionnaire twice, one week apart, to see if their answers are consistent. The goal is to create a reliable tool for measuring how active people are in Lithuania.
