Summary
This study adapts the Baecke Physical Activity Questionnaire for Lithuanian adults. Researchers will ask 150 native Lithuanian speakers aged 18 and older to fill out the questionnaire twice, one week apart, to check if the results are consistent. The goal is to create a reliable tool for measuring physical activity in Lithuania.
