First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests whether a CAR T-cell therapy called liso-cel can prevent large B-cell lymphoma from returning in patients who still have traces of cancer DNA after standard treatment. About 10 adults who are in remission but test positive for lymphoma DNA will receive their own immune cells, modified to attack the cancer. The main goal is to see if this approach is safe and can keep the cancer away.
