Summary
This study tested a new drug called liposomal annamycin combined with a standard chemotherapy (cytarabine) in 22 adults with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal was to find the safest dose and see how well the combination works against the cancer. Participants had either newly diagnosed or relapsed/refractory AML. The trial is now complete.
